Hotels, retreats and companies

Classical Hatha yoga, for the room you have

Classes for hotel guests, teaching for retreats and breathing sessions for teams, in four languages.

  • Hotels

Morning classes for guests, private sessions in villas and suites, and regular classes planned with your spa or wellness team. I have taught hotel guests in Siem Reap, and I plan around breakfast, tours and the heat.

  • Retreats

Daily Hatha classes in the full classical form, with meditation, in Siem Reap or at your venue by arrangement.

  • Companies and organisations

Breathing and relaxation sessions for teams, wellbeing workshops for away-days and events, and short practices people can keep up at a desk. I have taught corporate teams, university groups and community organisations.

What a session looks like

Every session is the same classical practice, adjusted to the room. On a hotel lawn early in the morning that may be a slow Hatha class with a long relaxation. In a boardroom after lunch it may be breathing, with the chairs pushed back. On a retreat it is the full practice, morning and evening, with the reasons explained as we go.

I teach in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German. Participants need no experience and no special clothing; a floor and a little quiet are enough.

Starting points only. We agree the format and length first, and then I send a price.

For teams who want a programme

I am a certified Mindfulness & Resilience Facilitator with Happy for No Reason, Marci Shimoff's programme. I combine what it teaches with the breathing and relaxation practices of yoga in a course for leaders and teams. If your organisation would like to find out more, please get in touch.

  1. Tell me about the room: who, how many, where, when, and what you would like them to leave with.

  2. I send a one-page proposal with a format, a price and what I need from the venue.

  3. We run it. For hotels and retreats, I can write a short description for your guest programme.

Request a proposal

Email is best for this. Tell me the dates, the group and the setting, and I will come back to you with a proposal.
