Privacy

I am Marielisa Padilla, a yoga teacher in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and the person responsible for the details you send through this site. Write to me at marielisa_p@yahoo.com.

What I collect

What you send me, and an anonymous count of visits. The contact form gives me your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, and your answers to its questions. WhatsApp or email gives me your message and the number or address it comes from.

What I use it for

I use your details because you asked me to: to reply and to arrange your class, session or workshop. If you tell me about an injury or a pregnancy, I use it only to teach you safely. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I never sell your details or pass them on for anyone else's use.

Cookies and analytics

I set no cookies of my own. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a short-lived security cookie to keep out automated traffic. Its Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Form messages pass through Cloudflare to my Yahoo inbox, where your emails also arrive; WhatsApp messages are kept in WhatsApp. These services may store data outside your country. I keep messages only as long as I need them to reply and to look after your booking.

Your rights

Write to me at any time and I will tell you what I hold, correct it or delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
